This San Diego 2-bed, 2-bath ADU was built as a dedicated space for our client's aging parents to grow old comfortably and independently. Many of our clients come to us with the same vision—keeping family close. Downsizing can be a big emotional step, but in the long run, building a secondary home on the property is an incredible way to unite families.
